What is Orff Music?

The Orff Schulwerk approach to teaching music combines music, movement, speech, and drama into lessons.  It was developed by a German Composer Carl Orff during the 1920's.  Carl Orff believed that all children are able to learn music and be successful.  It is truly amazing what the students can accomplish in a fifty minute music class using the Orff approach.
